This two-part, epoxy primer has been formulated to promote the adhesion of our EPL Epoxy Mortar to concrete, stone and brick. This liquid primer, seals and strengthens the concrete base and provides a high tack surface, enabling the floor layer to easily trowel and lay the EPL Epoxy Mortar.
