This two-part, epoxy primer has been formulated to promote the adhesion of our EPL Epoxy Mortar, Cold Cure to concrete, stone and brick. It can be applied and will harden, in extremely cold conditions This liquid primer, seals and strengthens the concrete base and provides a high tack surface, enabling the floor layer to easily trowel and lay the EPL Epoxy Mortar, Cold cure.
