This two-part, epoxy primer, for vertical application will promote the adhesion of our EPL Epoxy Mortar to concrete, stone and brick. This paste like primer, seals and strengthens the concrete base and provides a high tack surface, enabling the floor layer to easily trowel and lay the EPL Epoxy Mortar.
